Privacy & cookies
In short: your signature details stay in your browser; our server only keeps the images you upload, for 3 months. Only if you accept do we measure how the site is used with Google Analytics, and you can change your mind at any time.

Who is responsible
Atentamente is a project by Raúl Del Mar (rauldelmar.com), who is responsible for the personal data processed on this site. For any question about your data, write to raul@miongfeliz.com.
What stays in your browser
What you type in the builder (name, title, company, phone, email, website, address, tagline, disclaimer and social links) and the design you choose are stored only in your browser's local storage (firmas-builder-v1), so they are there when you come back. We don't send them to our server or anyone else: the signature is built in your browser and you copy or download it from there.
When you pick an image, your browser shrinks it and keeps it there while it uploads; if the upload fails, it stays only in your browser. The first time you upload an image, your browser also creates a random identifier (firmas-device-id) that contains nothing about you and is used to count your uploads for the month.
To delete all of this, clear this site's data in your browser settings.
What goes to our server: your images
If you upload a photo, logo or banner, we store it on our server to give it a public link, which is what lets it show in the emails you send. Anyone with that link, such as the people who receive your emails, can see the image.
On the free plan each image is kept for 3 months and you can upload 3 a month from each browser. When it expires we delete it (a daily process does this) and the link stops working. If you'd rather not upload anything, paste the public URL of an image of your own into the signature.
With each upload we keep a record with the kind of image (photo, logo or banner), its format and size, the upload and expiry dates, your browser's identifier and a fingerprint of your IP address computed with a secret key (we don't store the IP). We use it only to apply the upload limit (3 a month per browser and a wider one per connection) and to prevent abuse. When we delete the image, we keep that record marked as deleted.
Before each upload, Cloudflare Turnstile runs a check, usually invisible, that you're not a robot. It only loads when you upload an image, and to run the check Cloudflare receives your IP address and technical data about your browser.
Usage analytics, only if you accept
To be able to ask for your permission, every page loads Google Tag Manager from Google's servers. That download sends Google your IP address and basic browser data even if you don't accept.
Only if you accept analytics cookies does Google Analytics record which templates, palettes and features are used (for example, copying or downloading the signature or uploading an image) and recognize a returning browser, not your name. We never send it what you type in your signature. That data is also seen in a combined view of the rauldelmar.com sites. If you decline or don't choose, Google Analytics doesn't run or store cookies.
Cookies
Atentamente uses one cookie of its own and, only if you accept analytics, Google Analytics cookies:
| Cookie | What it's for | Duration |
|---|---|---|
consentimiento | Stores your analytics choice (accept or decline), its date and the notice version. It doesn't identify you. | 365 days |
_ga | Google Analytics, only if you accept: tells one browser from another with a pseudonymous identifier (not your name) to count visitors. | Up to 2 years |
_ga_ plus a code | Google Analytics, only if you accept: keeps the state of the visit. | Up to 2 years |
The consentimiento cookie belongs to the rauldelmar.com domain, not just Atentamente: your browser sends it to the other rauldelmar.com sites and your choice applies there too, so you don't have to repeat it. After 365 days, or if what we ask you changes, we ask again.
How to withdraw your consent
You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie preferences" in the footer, or with this button:
If you decline, Google Analytics stops storing cookies and we delete the ones it had stored (on this site and on the rauldelmar.com domain). The change also applies to the other rauldelmar.com sites. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
Who else processes data
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): hosts the site and the images you upload, and runs the Turnstile check. Like any host, it may log technical connection data, such as your IP address, so the site works and stays protected; we don't use it to identify you. It may process it outside Peru.
- Google LLC (United States): serves the site's typeface (Google Fonts) and Google Tag Manager, so it receives your IP address and basic browser data on every visit, and, only if you accept, runs Google Analytics. It processes data outside Peru.
Your rights
We are governed by Peru's Law No. 29733, Personal Data Protection Law, and its Regulation, approved by Supreme Decree No. 016-2024-JUS. You have the right to access your personal data, update and rectify it, request its deletion and object to its processing.
To exercise them, write to raul@miongfeliz.com stating which right you are exercising and a way to contact you. If it's about an image you uploaded, include its link: that's how we can find it, because we don't know who uploaded it. If you believe your rights were not respected, you can go to Peru's National Authority for Personal Data Protection, part of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
